All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, public holidays or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Please note that order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Spain: 4–6 business days
- Other European destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations
Delivery estimates begin from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
All delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
VANDORIA works with international logistics providers and trusted local delivery companies throughout Europe to provide secure and efficient delivery.
The local carrier responsible for the final delivery may vary depending on the destination country and region.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery destination and the conditions of the order.
VANDORIA may offer free shipping:
- On orders exceeding a specified purchase amount
- During selected promotional campaigns
- For certain countries or delivery regions
Any applicable free-shipping conditions will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.
5. EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
VANDORIA delivers to various countries within the European Union and selected international destinations.
Orders delivered within the European Union generally do not incur additional customs duties when shipped from within the EU.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply.
These additional charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
VANDORIA does not control or determine customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been issued.
Customers are responsible for following the progress of their shipment and checking for delivery updates.
7. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Please carefully check:
- The recipient’s full name
- Street name and building number
- Apartment or unit number, where applicable
- Postal code
- City and country
- Telephone number and email address
VANDORIA cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs, lost packages or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order has entered the preparation or shipping process, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Leave the package at a designated collection point
- Contact the customer directly
- Return the package to the sender
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information and collect the package within the period established by the carrier.
If an order is returned due to repeated absence, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery or an incorrect address, shipping and logistical costs may be deducted from any applicable refund, where permitted by law.
9. EXCEPTIONAL DELAYS
Although VANDORIA makes every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or transportation restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Exceptional increases in order volume
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Other force majeure circumstances
VANDORIA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events outside its reasonable control.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows no progress for an extended period, or if your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact VANDORIA customer support.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Their order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
- Any documentation provided by the carrier
Each case will be assessed individually in cooperation with the relevant shipping provider.
