At VANDORIA, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a premium shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request a return without having to provide a reason.

Your return request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with the hygienic protection strip intact, where applicable
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from stains, odors, makeup marks, damage, washing or signs of use
For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear and bikini products cannot be returned if the hygienic protection strip has been removed, damaged or altered.
VANDORIA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
3. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Personalized products
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Products with removed or damaged hygienic seals
- Products that have been worn, washed, used or damaged
- Products returned without their original tags
- Products showing stains, odors, makeup marks or other signs of use
Promotional or discounted products may be returned unless otherwise clearly stated and provided that the return complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return package reaches the designated return address safely
- VANDORIA will refund only the eligible value of the returned product
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by an error made by VANDORIA.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, VANDORIA will cover the reasonable return shipping costs after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
5. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or videos showing the product, packaging and defect
VANDORIA may request additional photographs or information to assess the issue.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour notification period may be reviewed at VANDORIA’s discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
6. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED ORDERS
If an order is returned to VANDORIA by the shipping company due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Repeated delivery attempts
- The customer’s absence
- Failure to collect the package
- Refusal of delivery without an approved return request
VANDORIA may deduct the applicable shipping, return and logistical costs from the amount to be refunded, where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our designated return facility:
- The return will be reviewed to confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions
- Approved refunds will normally be processed within 3–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
VANDORIA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers or payment service providers.
8. RETURN ADDRESS
Products must only be returned to the address provided by VANDORIA after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Do not send products to the sender address shown on the original package unless you have received written confirmation from VANDORIA.
Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
9. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an order.
Until the returned package is delivered to the authorized return address, the customer remains responsible for the package.
VANDORIA cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged or delivered to an incorrect address by the customer or shipping provider.
