Return Policy – VANDORIA

At VANDORIA , customer satisfaction is our priority.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Period and Conditions

  • You must report your return request within 48 hours of receiving the product , via Instagram (@vandoria.eu) .

  • Only unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition items can be returned.

  • Worn or used items are not refundable but can be exchanged for another size or model .

  • Custom-made items , cosmetic products , lingerie , socks and shoes are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact us via Instagram to register your request.
    (Email requests are not processed.)

  2. After validation, Vandoria will provide you with the exact return address.

  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging , via the indicated partner carrier.

  4. Once the product is received and verified, the refund is issued within 14 days by the same payment method as the initial order.


3. Fees and Deductions

  • The return, customs and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Only the price of the product will be refunded.

  • A fixed administrative fee of 12 euros (or equivalent in euros) may be deducted per returned item.

  • For personalized products, the labor and fabric costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded.


4. Size Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be in new and unworn condition .


5. General Conditions

  • Returns must be made in their original packaging or box .

  • Damaged, incomplete products or those whose original packaging has been altered will not be accepted .

  • Vandoria reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions.


6. International Shipments

  • Orders are shipped from abroad via YunExpress , then delivered in France by Colissimo or a local partner.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and period.
