VANDORIA Return Policy

Our valued customer,

As VANDORIA , we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can make returns and refunds within the framework of the policy below.

Return policy:

If product returns occur only due to problems caused by us (defective, faulty, stained), the unused product must be notified to us within 48 hours by contacting us via instagram with your return request. Apart from this situation, Vandoria reserves the right to refuse the return as arbitrary returns are overseas and special shipping products.

There are body modifications available.

Once you place your order, no refunds or exchanges can be made until it is delivered to you.

You can only return unused products. Used products cannot be returned and can only be exchanged for a different size or a different product.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after the order is placed.

Returns of products that require hygienic conditions such as cosmetics, underwear, shoes and socks are not accepted.

After you notify us of your return request via Instagram, VANDORIA will get back to you within 2 business days. Return requests sent via e-mail cannot be responded to, please only reach us via Instagram.

You must send the product back in its original packaging, unused. You can send the products back to us with our contracted mng cargo company. The return address will be shared with you following your return request, returns made to the wrong address cannot be accepted.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date the products reach us, using the same method you made payment.

When we receive your return, the condition of the product will be checked. If it meets the conditions, the return process will be initiated.

Note: Round trip shipping costs and customs fees are paid by the buyer. Only the product price is returned to the buyer. A deduction is made with the current costs per product (406 TL). The shipping fee belongs to the customer in returns. This fee does not apply to orders sent from Türkiye.

Important: For custom made products, labor and fabric costs are calculated and the remaining amount is refunded.

General Return Conditions

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, missing, damaged or no longer reusable are not accepted.

Please note: In order for the return process to be carried out quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask you to return your products in accordance with the conditions stated above.
